Should you wish to proceed with your application after our review our service includes legal advice, preparing Probate Notices, filing your application in the Supreme Court Registry and full representation by a Solicitor at Inheritance Solutions to the Registrar of the Supreme Court.
Our online system is purpose built for the sole use of Inheritance Solutions and as such should you not wish to use our services at our stated price then all documentation generated by our online system will not be released.
Grant of Probate disbursements - As at 1 July 2019 (Updated Fee Legislation Introduced):
- Supreme Court Filing Fee - $722.60 (Government Concession Card Holders may be eligible for a Reduced Filing Fee - $131.80); and
- Probate Notice Advertisement: 1 x Queensland Law Reporter - $161.70.
All our clients Probate Applications are fully represented, supported and lodged by Inheritance Solutions to the Supreme Court Registries in Queensland. If a proposed Probate Application is outside the scope of a Standard Probate Application we notify you accordingly after we have received your online application for our review.

How long does it take to obtain a Grant?
The practical timeframe it takes to obtain a Grant of Probate is about 8 weeks. A probate application can only be filed in the Supreme Court Registry once 2 weeks has passed from the publication of Probate Notices. The Queensland Law Reporter (QLR) publishes Probate Notices only once a week and require bookings 1 week in advance (Monday booking for Friday publication).
